I hereby release Crazy for Croppin, it's sponsors, it's offices, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which may arise out of or result from any attendance at the Crazy for Croppin retreat, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my invitees. With my attendance, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos and/or comments in future Crazy for Croppin promotional material. Crazy for Croppin reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants.
