Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The $75 deposit is non refundable.
  • Balances are due 45 days prior to the weekend. 
  • All cancellations must be given in writing to host@crazyforcroppin.com. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • If you cancel within 45 days prior to the event no refund will be available unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Should we fill your spot you will receive a refund minus the $75 non-refundable deposit.              
  • "No Shows" will receive No Refunds.                                                              
  • Crazy for Croppin reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In the event of a cancellation by Crazy for Croppin, full refunds will be issued promptly.

Returned checks policy                                                                                         Any check that is returned "insufficient funds" will be charges a $25 fee, and a bank check or money order will be required to reserve your weekend get-a-way.

Event Policies

  • No children under the age of 13 may be present without permission from Crazy for Croppin.
  • No open drinks are allowed in the croppin room. A spill proof container must be used at all times.
  • By registering for a Crazy for Croppin Retreat, you give your consent to be photographed during the event and grant Crazy for Croppin permission to use such photos in future promotional materials.
  • Crazy for Croppin staff will be present for the duration of the weekend. However, Crazy for Croppin is not responsible for personal items of attendees.
